Quick answers
Account
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Export your data: Settings → Export my data.
- Sign-in trouble: Tripbuds uses Sign in with Apple and Google — make sure you're using the same provider you signed up with. Still stuck? Email us.
Tripbuds Pro and billing
- Manage or cancel your subscription: subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage them in your store account: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
- Restore a purchase: in the app, open the upgrade screen and tap Restore purchases.
- Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their policies, since they process the payment. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Trips and planning
- Invite friends: open a trip → Members → Invite. Anyone with the invite link can join that trip.
- Bookings: when you book through a partner like Booking.com, the booking is with that partner — for changes or cancellations, contact them directly with your confirmation number.
- AI plans: free accounts get a monthly allowance of AI generations (plus extra credits on your first trip). Pro is unlimited.
Safety and content
- Report content or a user: use the report option on any profile, trip, or piece of content in the app. We review reports within 24 hours.
- Block someone: open their profile → Block.
- Privacy questions: email privacy@tripbuds.com.
